Shipping Rates For US

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $40 (not including promotions).

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed using DHL eCommerce. In some instances, USPS may be used based on location. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders (for orders under $40)

We also offer FedEx Express (3-4 business days), and FedEx 2nd Day Air at additional costs.

Note that orders with express shipping are still subject to our processing and handling time of 1-2 business days

We do ship to the Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico at the current time.

Notice

• Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Glow Recipe is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
• Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Glow Recipe assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
• Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. Glow Recipe allows 30 day returns for all product with the exception of those listed below.* Please email love@glowrecipe.com and we will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if they are unused and in its original packaging.
• Any Starter Kits, Box Sets, or Mystery Boxes are final sale and ineligible for return.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
